or any other search engine. It's a great first read (if you never plan on becoming a professional trader that is) - moving averages, pivots, fibs, etc.
the problem is....professional traders could care less about that jazz!
it's all about momentum! something that can only be learned by lossing lots and lots of your hard earned money before you realize you have
to pin point your entries to the pip.
giving X pips to make X pips is a useless concept...do you know why? the market doesn't care what you want to make, it goes and reverses then goes again
it's about catching momentum and you only do this by trading, no trading books will teach you this...go out and trade and stop reading "how to" books

Even though this book is comprehensive, I do not think I
can trade after reading it. There are plenty of interesting
sub-headings like 'Free House' which makes the book an easy-
read.
The fundamental analysis seems better than the technical
analysis. The best part of the book is part 2. I picked up
three ideas for what to trade. They are the carry trade, commodity correlation, and the stock market correlation. I
also learned the calculation for pivot points but I am not
clear about how to use them or if they are useful.
I do not understand how the fibonacci ratios 78% and 121%
were obtained by the author. MACD 34/55/8 was recommended.
But can the author or somebody clarify if it is for a daily
chart, 30-minute, or 15-minute chart? It was not explicitly
mentioned. The same goes for MA 5/8. How is it used?

This book brings a lot of things into perspective and gave me a much better approach to trading.

Excellent book. Provides insight into things you should know before trading - commodity correlations, currency correlations, technical and fundamental analysis (different from the basic analyses of so many other books). It is a really motivating book as well.
Don't read it with expectations of becoming a great trader, the onus is on you to be a great trader not the book. However, Wayne provides good tools and as i said before motivation. If you have been trading for a while you will still find this book motivational. The book is a must buy for your fx book collection.

Wayne is a fun to read expert, leads you to the actual trading process, in an safe and easy manner.
The book covers most of the necessary aspects of trading, and conforts your weaknesses.
However, the charts quality is the only downside of the book.
